Your Guild data stays private
ForGuilds uses PostHog only after you explicitly allow analytics. You can decline without losing product functionality.
Analytics and session replay
Analytics helps us understand whether public workflows function as intended. Session replay is limited to an approximately 10% sample of consenting browser sessions on specifically approved public pages. All text and form inputs are masked before transmission.
Replay is disabled on authentication, password recovery, invitations, account pages, forms, and authenticated Guild workspaces. Query strings, cross-origin iframe contents, canvas contents, console logs, and network payload bodies are not recorded.
Retention and access
Session recordings are retained for no more than 30 days and access is restricted to named ForGuilds administrators. Analytics is not used as the authoritative store for member or prospect records.
